Rink you might want to see slide 147 as well that mentioned 65nm SRAM development vehicles exceeding plans. Way back when Intel described their 65nm SRAMs they used the phrase "fully functional". In the mentions AMD has made about their 65nm SRAMs I haven't seen the same description. Did AMD specifically say fully functional?
