The Dollar is sagging again. Apparently the budget proposal was a positive but the request of the Bush administration for a lot of more money for the war showed clearly that good intentions are only words, while the brutal facts ask for more spending and with the economy not showing a considerable upturn the dollar could not hold its previous gains.
