Well, it seems, from reading that article that Bush doesn't care about NATO. He doesn't really care about Europe selling arms to China either, I guess, since he has done everything possible to alienate Europe. Why did he even go over there? We (the U.S.) are spending $5 BILLION a week on Iraq and Afghanistan and the whitehouse seems to be saying they're happy about the EUropeans kicking in a $100 mill. or so for the next YEAR!!! At least we've got Poland on our side.
