If Tom's is right (big if considering some other errors in the article), Toledo is the same die as dc Opteron, as it is 1MB L2 x 2, they claim.

(But they say 110W, not 100W, and also claim not to know the speed at launch, cited as 2.4GHz in other reports.

EDIT:

And also, 1MB L2 x 2 flies in the face of a comment in the article from AMD: "As long as games would be single-threaded, there was no need for AMD to offer a dual-core version of the chip, she added. "
They are talking about a dual core version of the FX. *That* would be 2 x 1MB L2.

Finally, Toledo is targeted for H2, not "mid-2005", as Tom's claimed.
