f_pgs, confused: As to (2): "I find this to be the relatively unlikely scenario." I thought surely you were going to say "likely". Why is there, necessarily, an inconsistency between the theory advanced by CTIC (tumor takes up and retains xyotax) and Miljenko's theory that the xyotax in the blood is being excreted? As a localized site of activity, wouldn't one think that the tumor is taking in some but the predominant portion of the drug is being sloughed off? quid
