a) Using the Service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous ("tortious", "tortoise", etal) or otherwise objectionable.
Take your pick. It was a no-brainer violation by several measures, compounded by the fact that it claims something was stated via PM when in fact no such PM ever occurred.
Also, it's a pretty rare event when libel is applicable as having occurred since we are not usually in a position to do so. Not so in this instance. |
