Putin also blatantly used Bush's terrorism excuse to clamp down even further. Two of a kind these two putzes.

Bush did look into Putin's eyes and got a sense of his soul. He liked what he saw.

On the other hand, knowing that Putin headed up the KGB, I also had a sense of his soul.
