In related news, Biophan Technologies, Inc.,announced that it had closed a term sheet with a major biomedical device company, but due to confidentiality agreements governing the transaction, will not be announcing details until the transaction closes. Biophan develops and markets cutting edge technologies designed to make biomedical devices safe and compatible with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) environment.
