No, but with the problems Apple has had over the last few years I do doubt that the current BOD would be blamed for anything other than not being able to bail out a lost cause should the company implode. Someone like Larry Ellison still has his Oracle success to rely on and he probably knows it.

Sure they are. In fact Apple (and Gil Amelio) completely forgot or ignored what kind of mess Ellen Hancock left behind at IBM and hired her anyway. The record there didn't mean a thing.
