Carrigan does not show up on any 144s filed recently with the SEC; i.e., edgar-online. He is not shown owning any shares in the proxy statement sent out 5/29/97. My guess, these are options he is exercising or maybe that Christmas retirement package. We should get a Vicker's report sometime in the future. This trade is not significant, however, it suggest others may be selling. Mama needs new shoes and all that. RMTR closed at 8 1/2 today. Looks like we are getting closer to that target buy--below $8. Pick your prices. Remember, we're getting hit with 144s from all sides, now is no time to be buying. Pick your prices. BTW sold MOT today so I'm ready if something else doesn't come up. 1 will get you 10, if you know what I mean.
