Nice ban list chinu. There are some people on it who I can't recall but of the ones I remember seeing around SI I completely agree that 14 of them should be banned. I don't see any that I would vouch for to be taken off of your ban list although I am not in favor of the death penalty the first offense.

If I had a thread I would ban a person for a certain amount of time for the first offense, say 3 or 4 days, maybe a week. I would then increase the sentence for each successive offense. I say this knowing full well that there are some people who come to a thread with the intention of getting banned for good.
