by lowering taxes on the wealthy John: I will give you the benefit of the doubt, you are uneducated rather than unable to comprehend. Tax reduction can only benefit taxpayers. Since the 51% of the population that pays taxes is in your definition, rich, of course when we needed to stimulate the economy to prevent major recession, taxpayers were the beneficiaries.
