Hi jttmab; Re: "Seems like an odd comment to make. ..." My point was not the offering of power with different rates according to what the source is attributed to be, but instead about the concept of holding consumers liable for long term unfunded liabilities. You might as well say the same thing about every other manufactured good that is made. The "long term unfunded liabilities" comment can be made about any industry, "green" or not. -- Carl
