You are probably correct about the steam, but, they do not grasp the construction activity in our country. As a manufacturer for the infrastructure sector, I can tell you we are moving ahead of last years pace and significant growth shall occur through the year 2000. Look at MSA today. Follow them and look at their investments.(Cement companies are cash cows and there is another cement shortage) Expansion, acquisitions... I have been extremely successful with my cement stocks over the years . Very little risk and solid returns for that minimal risk. Just thought I would mention how I disagreed with construction estimates and tracking, for what it is worth.
