These are just the directors and officers, this program is open to about 40 or 50 more Sr. VP's I recall? While most of it is listed above another 2 - 300,000 shares could of been for other VP's at the co. Alos Hathaway & Hilbert were filed today and the numbers looked funny so they may not be correct. With 1,388,000 shares traded Tuesday (21 blocks) & 1,064,000 traded today (17 blocks) It looks as though they are more than 75% finished with the 4MM share purchase. I think is is a good sign that they have done so much in less than two weeks. The rich get richer, so go along for the ride!!!!
