Rick: There may be only very few players in the market looking for search engine company. Previously I suspected ADBE might buy it or NSCP might buy it. But I dont think that will happen. Now the company has lots of challenge ahead of them. They have to improve the morale and pride of the company. Secondly they have to do few housekeeping in sales organization. Thirdly, they have to sell and be profitable. In my opinion, profitability may take at least 3 more quarters if they get their act together now. As I posted earlier, there are more search engine companies that are in the field. Microsoft has close 125 engineers devoted towards developing their own search engine. As I posted earlier you can bag this stock less than $2. There will be steep drop in this stock once it dropped from $5 level. Because you will not trade this stock on margin or buy this stock using margin money. That factor will push it further down on a short-term basis. I hope for the best for the company. Therefore do not rush into the company. If you wait you can buy it cheaper. Regards Kumar
