If this is a regular occurrence (as it seems to be), then anyone buying or selling CUBE should try to use it in their favor (instead of getting mad like everyone seems to be). I can only remember a small handful of times that CUBE surged in the last hour of trading. It seems like 3:55PM is a good time to buy and 2:30PM is a good time to sell. I do have a question for clarification purposes...what do you mean by "offering the bid over and over"? Is this a case where they lower the ask price to the bid price (which I've seen in quotes once in a while...though when this occurs, I seem to see a lot of trades outside of this zero-spread).
