Vanni, Corel wrote off at once what used to be an 18 month write-down for the acquisition of Word Perfect. This happened when they switched to US GAAP from Canadian GAAP. That is why the revisions go out for two years.

It really goes to show you have not done your homework on this one. I.e. you are barking off the wrong tree.
