Both. Look at TXI. Breaking up from a long 3-month wedge; internals are strong. No matter what the FA and speculation says, technically this is an extremely bullish breakout. IIIN is also coming out from a long consolidation and 1-month base just above the 50 MA. I do not have enough balls to short steel. Also my IQ may be low but not low enough to qualify for stupidity. Pass on shorting the steels - I am buying :) Thanks for the tip..
