at one point today it was 3 or a spread of 36 bps 36 was a new low btw. Prior to last week we were closing about 1-1.5 bps per day for a period of at least 2-3 weeks. At that pace we will be close to inverting in a month. I think .5 to .75 a day is doable. Thus we might invert in about 2 months if Greenspan keeps hiking. Frigging hats off to anyone shorting $irx and going long the $tnx what a fortune there was to be made in that trade! Russ, any comments on this discussion between marvelous Patron and I?
