To show you how badly reform is needed in Washington, do a Google search on "Christine Rossi" Washington Governor (with the quotation marks). You'll get nearly a hundred hits. Guess who got the write-in votes for "Christine Rossi." Over eighty such votes--twice the margin of victory for Dino Rossi in the first count--went to Christine Gregoire. You can also get interesting google results on the following search strings (I kid you not!): 44 dead people voted google.com 437 provisional ballots google.com 26 people voted twice google.com 489 convicted felons voted google.com
