What a way to ruin a good steak. I cook them using pepper and a little Lawry's salt. Slightly charred on the outside with the middle never getting over 50 degrees. Used to be I'd just season and eat them and skip the cooking part.

I did buy a green pepper and 4oz of blue berries. Not sure if I'll get around to eating them.
