The article isn't dated, but appears to be from around 6 months after the attacks. Is it really possible there were 700 people in the buildings, that no one noticed were missing? Would that perhaps partially account for why so few whistle blowers have come forward? Once upon a time it was common practice among pirates, to bury, along with the loot, those comrades who helped hide the treasure. Dead men tell no tales.
