We begin our story with an apology by "Stephen Cunningham" for "braking Yahoo TOS rules" (sic) and agreeing to "no longer post on Yahoo message boards":

As part of an agreement I now apologize to the posters of YACK message board for any unjust grief I have caused with my posts. After my scu8452 account was suspended, braking Yahoo TOS rules, I logged on using a new alias for the sole purpose as to harass and threaten posters who had anything negative to post about YAK Communications and Universal Communication Systems Inc both companies I have beeen heavily trading their stock for some time. I had felt that by threatening posters they would stop the negative posts and I could make a profit by the stock price going up.
I now regret my actions and I agree to Yahoo! Inc for a permanent suspension and will no longer post on Yahoo message boards

Stephen, while I appreciate your apology, it seems too little to late. You have been harassing and threatening the lives of posters on Ragingbull and the late OTCForums for years. I think you owe thosw who have had to put up with your behavior a bit more of an explanation.
First, are you in close touch with the Zwebner brothers?
Second, are you apologizing because either Charles or Michael now want to put as much distance between themselves and your actions as possible? Why the sudden contrition?
Third, why has Michael not done anything to stop your behavior before? Was he also hoping that you would scare off his critics with your death threats?
Fourth, why did you think that the best way to handle the bashers was to issue death threats against them? Why not just present information to show them they were wrong? Why not back your position with logic and evidence instead of intimidating thuggery? Isn't it a sad reflection on the companies you appear to promote if the only way you can persuade people to buy into them is to threaten the lives of others?

Like I stated earlier, I sold my shares and I am no longer a shareholder in YAKC.
Do to recent legal events and per my lawyers advise I am not at liberty to discuss the Company or it's Directors at this time.

I read about this story (USCY Vs Lycos, Wolf Blitzer and Turner Broadcasting)
I could not believe how interesting it was.
So i read everything about it.
Mr.Zwebner may be a nice guy and be unduly pressured by these internet posters.
I have a lot of respect for his brother that has brought YAK to were it is now.
So I will say YAK will be a success.
The thing i cannot for the life of me understand is how a person can spend that much time on the net and not more time increasing investor equity.
I think the people that have badgered Mr. Zwebner were at one time investors that have lost large amounts of money on many promises that have fallen through. I have been a victim of this before so i can see how people get upset and lash out. People gain trust in companies after talking to management and reading the PR's.
bashersuit if you are Mr. Zwebner i have no desire to brawl with you.
bashersuit I have never been threatened on a public forum as i have been from your last post addressed to me.
So my stockholders (wife and kids) have asked
me to cease posting to these boards no matter who you may be.

I know for a fact that Michael does not want to silence your free speech. He has always said that everybody has the right to voice their opinion.
