Remember when I calculated the closing average August price to be $1.608/share, well today's closing ask price went below that. The $10m placement people can now own 4.9% of the common stock at either the avg. Aug or current market price. That's approx. 608,000 shares (608k/(608k+11.8m)). Why not make an initial purchase at the lowest possible price, there's still time before the $25m financing. Later they can sell and buy more at the avg. Aug. price and maintain 4.9% ownership. This is just a speculative opinion. I don't put anything past the MM. We may see a temporary dip before we get any upward movement, but I could be wrong.
