Is NT really that overvalued at $2.8?

The correct question is is NT overvalued at a market cap of $12 billion? Given that it doesn't have any earnings, is in an intensely competitive market, has no meaningful sustainable advantage over competitors LU, ERICY, MOT and NOK, and hasn't reported clean accounting results for over a year, I'd say sure, it's overvalued at $12 billion....
