Hello Steve,
There have been some growth restrictions but there were a lot of apartments built in the 90's and most homes have appreciated tremendously.A lot of rental vacancies now. My home was 80K in 92 is now at 185K 13 years later and other areas have seen more rampant increases so there may be some room for things to come down.
