For the rights of smokers, they do have a right to smoke and they do smoke in places where people do not congregate such as out in the open but not in offices and restaurants. The cost of cigarettes are high because of the high taxes on them. And why not. They are prone to getting sick and someone else's medical premium should not pay for their healthcare. They should pay and they pay it at the source when they purchase the cigarettes.

Gun owners. With guns out on the street so freely, aren't the chances of innocents being killed high? Have you seen the wide disparity between the numbers of those killed by guns in the US and the other European countries where guns are not as freely available as in the US?

Gays. Whom are they harming? They go about their business. Don't they?
