My son did a clean up project at that beach for a class he was taking last year. It is beautiful there. I was at the boardwalk where the Clam Chowder Festival was held. But I did drive through the city. I forgot to take 41st AVe so I got stuck in traffic.It was packed full of people but it was a fun day. Lots of people were playing beach volleyball and strolling along the beach. Did you ever go to the old Cooperhouse? THe Catalyst is still operating. Positively front St is gone and the Dream Inn may be gone soon too. A large hotel wants to buy it and rebuild. I would imagine they will put in a huge hotel and ruin the old landscape. :>)
