Peter, did you read Stockman's book about the Reagan administration?

When you cut taxes by a trillion and then you run deficits of a trillion it doesn't take a math genius to figure that there's a correlation.

Look at the budgets that Reagan offered up. He never even came close to putting up a balanced budget, even WITH that additional revenue that was coming in.
