401 k - made a new move

I read, among other things, that the ARMS index issued a sell signal last week. So, I decided to act now while the DOW is at ~ 10800, at the close of mkt today - whatever that may be, I will be moved out of FAV,Htfd and LAMid to Stable Assets. I will keep the bonds intact for now.

The thinking this time is that while this may still go higher, I think ultimately, 10,300 is gonna happen again and maybe lower. In fact, I am gonna delay the 529 contributions too. We'll see.
