It all depends on the Alberta sands I think... They fly ... all else will tag along... BTW if you like conspiracies ... I'm thinking geopolitically Iraq was 1) about securing a piece of future production there... not really grabbing it all which the US simply cannot do with 4+ other nuclear countries interested and in need... 2) now it sure has boosted the viablility of Alberta sands eh! which is a tad more secure.... a feint within a feint within a feint...
