Did you ever have sopapillias (?? sp)....they are little puffs of bread, deep fried, then you cut off the tip, insert honey, and eat...yummmm We used to have them in Albuquerque too....then moved here ...there are a couple of Mexican restaurants that "think" they are serving them....but NO they don't even know what they really are. Thought maybe I remembered wrong....BUT no, I wasn't wrong. We found some of the "real" things in Fiesta Casino in Vegas....they were so good, we ate several, then didn't want the dinner we had ordered....<ggg>
