As an inexperienced investor what does this news mean to me? Do I sell my shares on the open market? Do I sell them to Dover and do I have to sell them at all? If I don't sell will they be absorbed into the Dover stock? Is $1.90 a good price or will it perhaps be worth more? Any response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
