Mish thank you for the reply. Now very busy at work but will answer quickly.

I shop at four places.
1.Costco for bulk items.
2.Winco a discount chain food store similar to food for less.
3.Heath food store for ground beef and chicken that is non anti biotic free range etc.
4.Safeway for produce, some dairy and cuts of meat like roast or steak or pot roasts and I like the blade cuts or chuck for stew or crock pot.

I do eat fillets but only 6-8 times a year.

We do a good job on shopping but a lot of things seem to have gone up.

As one poster said I don't buy TV's, Cars, computers etc very often. The costs I see going up are utilities, yes food, insurance, used car maintenance and gas and oil etc.

Your apology is fully accepted and our earlier conversation is forgotten.

Thank you so much for all of your contributions. BTW you do a good job on shopping come on down and do mine too. <gggg>
