Hi Buzz,
Haven't been around for awhile but CWEI is looking interesting again. I don't know anything of interest yet but will convey anything I hear that may interest you as this progresses.
The well I drilled with CWEI was in Runnels County, Texas. We made an Odem well that has been flowing around 100 BOD. It has behaved suprisingly strong as we only had about 2 feet of pay. We plan to drill an offset very soon and to re-enter a nearby well to check the Odem as it was also thin and not tested. This is probably no big find in the grand scheme of CWEI's picture but we have a lot of acerage and it could grow and grow if and as we find additional reasons to keep drilling. We were originally targeting the Goen limestone zone but it was not productive in our first well
but we could still stumble into it while prospecting further for the
Odem. The Goen can be extremely prolic and even our little Odem field could grow a good bit larger and be of intrest. CEWI has around 48% of the field.
Again, I will keep you posted and thank you for all the hard work and good information you contribute to this board.
Miller
