Yea, well look at the difference in the two companies!!! They aren't even close to being comparable... and although prudence may not be a factor with their clients... what they did was stupid... AND arguably imprudent {first of all, it's pretty obvious that it WAS, it's a matter of definition under various rules}. If they're running trust funds in certain states they could clearly be sued IMO.
