I always thought that GLK had potential, but it never seems to realize the potential. I think its sales may be limited by the need for specialized relationships by its sales people. As a result, the sales may never increase faster than a sales force can get experience and develop relationships with potential clients. I'm just guessing here, but I don't see a strong competitive advantage in the long term.
