Interesting article on NFLX from The Motley Fool. NFLX now has a new price point, $11.99 per month where a sub can have as many as two movies out at any given time and can "rent" a maximum of four movies per month.

It seems as though NFLX is trying to send BBI a signal that a "price war" will not be tolerated especially since to rent a DVD from Blockbuster, it costs approximately $4.50 to $5.00.

This is an interesting pricing strategy that will send a shockwave to Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, and Movie Gallery.
