Hi NP Moe, I mentioned previously that Robinow filed a 144 for 4,500 shares 8/29. Today two more 144s came up at edgaronline. 9/2 Joel Waller, one of our directors and also one of Berman's GND associates, filed for 15,000 shares. Then 9/3 Steve Schussler filed for 25,000 shares. As all these guys are scheduled to get options at the end of the month with a strike price of the market price on the day they are awarded, I guess they wouldn't mind terribly if the share price dropped a bit over the next few weeks. And there might be other option tie ins behind the 144 filings. Of course it could just be a huge coincidence..... Don't think its much to worry about but it will probably set off the 'ol insider selling flashing red lights on the short-term. How's my tree doing. As I'm rather big as far as NPs go , I hope you picked out a large and sturdy one for me. Regards, (NP) Dennis
