"The best way to do that is to help them establish legitimate public schools...and alternative to the Madrasses...make the alternative better than the madrasses. Too confusing to Arab speaking/fundamentalists. Madrassa simply means school in Arabic. Public education and educational reform with nationally approved curriculum guidelines is the ticket. The Madrassas of Pakistan are the best at developing terrorists, yet the national government is an allie to the USA. Simple thing to fix.
