Agreed. This is true of all Middle Eastern and some far Eastern cultures. That is why I am suggesting Educational reform that is spear headed by the national governments. You are not going to eliminate them simply because they are anti-west. But you could eliminate their anti-western curriculum via educational reforms that are improvements, and which lead to greater economic development via academic successes.

In our own country the National Public Education system has gone from the best to the worst place for kids to learn. The parochial schools here were hurting in the sixties to eighties, now they are elite. We are moving in the same 'wrong' directions.
