Turn yerself. When they get to that point, transfer them to Kevorkian Lines. Beats my plan, which was to get totally shitfaced with whatever on a sub-20 degree night, go to sleep on my porch, and head out looking for another solar system somewhere.
I know they have ventilators, 'cuz I've gone in and told them I could run it for them, if the need arose. Probably get a free cruise for that :-).
One of my ER docs did cruises for a year.
If somebody gets a major illness, they evac them ASAP. Shop talk, ya know? Got bored, wandered in, and talked with the nurse :-)

Probably a better bet for med professionals is to become a traveler. Pays better, and you travel at somebody else's expense. Rent out yer own place. Wages are probably better than what I get, but...

the traveler we have now gets $700/ week tax free for living expenses, car, etc.
