I think you are thinking of an assisted living facility, not a nursing home. People admitted to a nursing home are pretty much incapable of caring for themselves. Though I think you are onto something ... a "Final Voyage (tm)" line of cruise ships could do very well. Park them in international waters and ferry passengers aboard ... once there, no limit on the available drugs, and once you are done, a burial at sea.
