A guy in San Diego actually did that, he took a tank from the National Guard Armory - it was on the news. My favorite part was when he drove right THROUGH a motorhome! He tried to cross a concrete divider on the freeway and got high-centered, then a cop leaped on board and shot him through the top of the head. Luckily, he was the only one injured. sandiegoblog.com I've been waiting for some S. Cal. monster truck owner to lose it and start driving OVER cars on the freeway in a jam. I figure it's only a matter of time.
