I don't like that decision. I am against the death penalty for various reasons (one of which is the "reasonable doubt" standard is way too vague), but I don't like the SCOTUS making our decisions for us. It should be up to the people of Florida to decide the penalties for breaking our laws, not a court in Washington, D.C. I am with Scalia on this one.
