Enron was IMO not a corporate entity but a small empire, Like we see - or just saw - in Russia of today. What you saw there is not typical of healthy and creative capitalistic developments. You may be right as far as to the point where we have to get to an understanding, what and when takes a private enterprise operated by sound market principles to develop into a cancerous government style entity. Don't we already have enough of that watching out our own popular elected elite? Taro
