For what its worth , my choice still remains Sylvan Learning. They recently hired a new VP to head their ESL division who also happens to have Early Childhood learning experience. I can't help feel that EDUSF would provide a nice fit to any number of companies, this only amplifies the deal. Don't want to appear to hype Edusoft into some overvalued situation. fundimentally, it's still below software industry averages as well as most Isreali tech companies in general. Must be livin right. 3 largest holding EDUSF, BELF and BINC all hit 52 week highs today. BINC 193% gain today. Got to give back some tomarrow gfrank
