RE: "debtors who renege on their mortgage payments, post the upcoming bankruptcy law revision!" Did they really make it a jailable offense? It doesn't sound like it - there's an article (posted here), about a company that can "wipe away your mortgage debt." They had a quote from a guy that had this done - he said it was "terrific." He's not in jail. In fact, he seemed kind of smug about it. Regards, Amy J
