Great technology but the worst management on the planet. UIBT did an unnecessary reverse split and they de-listed. Management just plain sucks and is not investor friendly. I was very long on this one and dumped a huge position before the reverse split which they also botched up. They announced the reverse split 9 minutes before the market close to screw everyone and then incompetent management bungled the paperwork allowing many to get out, including me because it took over a week for the reverse to go into effect. I won't even look at this one again unless the price comes way down which it probably will as they dilute. They have no money at all.
